How do I use my coupon code?

To redeem a coupon code, simply enter a valid HARRIS-WILLIAMS coupon code when prompted to do so whilst viewing your shopping cart or during checkout.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and almost all major credit cards using the Stripe payments system.

Is it safe to use my debit or credit card to purchase from your site?

Absolutely. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption so you can trust communications are private and secure. Card payments made on our site are processed by Stripe for fast, reliable and secure payment.

Has my order been dispatched?

We will alert you by email to let you know once your order has been dispatched.

Where is my order?

When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery. Alternatively if you are a registered user, you can track parcels within My Account > Orders and the “TRACK SHIPMENT” button.

If it has been longer than 5 working days since you placed your order and you’ve still not received it, please Contact Us we’ll be happy to help.

If you’ve forgotten your password, all you need to do is click the Lost your password? link when signing into your account. We can then send you an email with a link to reset your password.

How do I change my details?

To change your personal details, log into your account click on (My Account) icon on the menu bar. When logged in the icon provides access to your account. To change your details select “Account details” where you will be able to change your details. Simply click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the form when completed.

Reed Diffuser Products

Using and getting the best out of your reed diffuser

To fragrance a room, remove stopper from the bottle on a smooth flat surface. Insert and arrange up to 8 diffuser reeds into the bottle opening so they are immersed in the blend. The reeds will draw up the fragrance fairly quickly but it can take about 24 hours for the scent to fully fragrance the room. Warmer rooms and draughts can affect the absorption rate and scent intensity.

You can control the intensity of the fragrance by using fewer reeds to start with, we would suggest 5 to 6 reeds, and adding more as needed.

As a rule the smaller the room the stronger the fragrance will appear but this can vary depending on room temperature, airflow and the number of reeds used.

You can revitalise the fragrance by inverting the reed sticks every few weeks.

Under normal conditions 100ml of fragrance will last up to 12 weeks but this can vary depending on number of reeds used, roomsize, temperature and airflow.

Remember: Always place the diffuser on a protected,
 stable, level surface out of direct sunlight. Ensure reeds cannot touch soft furnishings, such as wallpaper and curtains.

How long will a Diffuser last?

Under normal conditions 100ml of fragrance will last up to 12 weeks but this can vary depending on number of reeds used, room size, temperature, humidity and airflow.

 

Are refills available?

When your Diffuser has fully evaporated you can replenish your fragrance with a new Refill (where available) and fresh Premium Natural Rattan Reeds.

How often should reeds be changed?

Reeds can become clogged after prolonged use and won’t work as effectively, we recommend using a new set of reeds with every refill or new fragrance used. Replacement reeds are available to purchase on the site here
